The mentorship program at Your Personnel Season was built from lived experience. 

Season Davis didn’t start with unlimited resources or a roadmap. She built businesses while working full time, raising a family, and growing a 20+ year career in human resources, operations, and organizational leadership. Along the way, she launched companies from scratch, helped others turn ideas into working businesses, and led people strategies for organizations across multiple industries.

She understands what it feels like to be the person figuring things out as you go—and she believes no one should have to do that alone.

That belief is what shaped the YPS mentorship program.

Mentorship at YPS is also designed for people who want real-world experience—not just theory.

We work with students, early-career professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs who want exposure to how businesses actually grow and operate behind the scenes. 

Participants gain insight into leadership, communication, workplace strategy, and business development while contributing to meaningful projects that support real organizations.

There is no “perfect background” required here.
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn matter most.
